Shipping costs

Free shipping within Europe* on orders from €50.

Free shipping outside Europe on orders from €199.

*Some parts of Europe are excluded, such as the Channel Islands. For the UK, POM Amsterdam pays all VAT and import duties (‘DDP’).

Delivery time

The Netherlands – order before 2:00 PM on business days and your order will be shipped the same day.*

Europe – 1–3 business days

Outside Europe – 3+ business days

You can track your order using the Track & Trace code, which you will receive by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Through this email, you can also adjust when and where your parcel will be delivered.

*Please note: delivery may take a little longer.

Due to the high volume of orders during our sale, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Returns

At POM Amsterdam, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with the hangtags attached.

Please note: Returns from different orders cannot be combined in one parcel. To ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly, we kindly ask you to return each order separately.

Return costs

Return costs when using one of our shipping partners:

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: from €3.95
  • Other EU countries (excluding Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, and the United Kingdom): from €4.95
  • Non-EU countries, plus Switzerland, Norway, Monaco, and the United Kingdom: return shipping costs are at your own expense via a carrier of your choice.

Please note: you must still register your return through our return portal.

Exchange process

Would you like to exchange an item? Then your return shipment is free of charge.

An exchange works as follows:

  1. Register your return through the return portal, follow the steps, and indicate which item you would like to exchange.
  2. If the requested item is in stock, you will receive an order confirmation with a payment link.
  3. Once payment for your new order has been completed, the new item(s) will be shipped as quickly as possible.

PAYMENT

Security first

Almost all payments are processed through our payment provider Mollie. At no point do we have access to your personal payment details. Your information remains protected at all times, including when a refund is processed.

This allows you to pay quickly, easily, and most importantly, securely.

iDEAL

Within the Netherlands, iDEAL is the most popular online payment method. We accept iDEAL payments from the following banks:

ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot.

PayPal

PayPal is one of our trusted payment partners. When you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page to complete your payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and POM Amsterdam.

You can return your order within 30 days, provided that the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original hangtags attached.

We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving your return. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been completed.

Yes, exchanging a POM item is possible and works as follows:

  1. Register your return through our return portal.
  2. During the return process, indicate which item you would like to exchange and select your preferred size or replacement item.
  3. Once your exchange request has been submitted, our Customer Service team will review it. If the requested item is available, we will create a new order for you and send a payment link.
  4. As soon as the payment has been completed, your new order will be shipped as quickly as possible.

    If you choose to exchange an item, your return shipment is free of charge. We will provide you with a complimentary return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the returned amount as soon as possible.


Unfortunately, this is not possible. Items purchased through one of our retailers can only be exchanged at the store where they were originally purchased.


We do our best to provide a clear impression of each item through our product photos and descriptions. You will also find a size guide on every product page. If you still have questions, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.


The care label attached to your POM item contains specific care instructions. For more detailed information, please visit our Quality Care page.

If the item was purchased through the POM webshop, it can be exchanged with us. Simply return the item through our return process (see the return section above). You will receive a gift card for the purchase value, which can be used to select a different item from our webshop.

If the item was purchased through one of our retail partners, the exchange conditions of that store will apply.
