Free gift - December 2025

1. General

• This promotion is organized by POM Amsterdam.
• By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period

• The promotion is valid from 2 December 2025 up to and including 11 December 2025.

• Purchases made outside this period do not qualify for this promotion.

3. Conditions for participation

• The promotion applies with a minimum spend of €159 (including VAT) in a single transaction, excluding any shipping costs.

• Only purchases made via pom-amsterdam.com qualify.

• A maximum of one free scarf may be selected per customer.

4. Free scarf

• The free scarf must be chosen from the FW25 scarf collection.

• Stock is limited and the promotion applies while supplies last.

• The scarf cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other products.

5. Returns policy

• If (part of) the order is returned and the total order amount falls below €159, the right to the free scarf lapses.

• In that case, the free scarf must be returned unused.

• If the free scarf is not returned while the final purchase amount is less than €159, the value of the scarf will be charged. This value is determined on the basis of the current retail price.

6. Miscellaneous

• POM Amsterdam reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to terminate the promotion early.
