• By participating in this promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion is valid from April 30, 2026 through May 10, 2026.
• Purchases made outside this period are not eligible for the promotion.
• The promotion is valid while stocks last.

3. Conditions for Participation

• The promotion applies when purchasing two scarves in one transaction via pom-amsterdam.nl.
• The discount is applied as 50% off both scarves in the shopping cart.
• The promotion only applies to selected scarves that are part of this promotion.
• The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• Each person may use this promotion only once (1+1 free, maximum of 2 scarves per person).

4. Free Scarf

• The promotion means that when purchasing two selected scarves, one of them is free.
• The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart if both scarves qualify.
• The scarves cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The promotion is valid while stocks last.

5. Return Policy

• If one or both scarves are returned, the promotion will be void and the regular retail price per scarf will apply.
• If only one of the two scarves is returned, the other scarf will be charged at the regular retail price.
• If both scarves are returned, the customer will receive a refund of the paid amount, minus any costs if the conditions have not been met.

6. Other Provisions

• POM Amsterdam reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or end the promotion early if necessary.
