1) Where can I buy a POM item?
POM is available from more than 800 stores worldwide. You can find the sales points in your area via our store locator page. POM also has its own webshop: www.pom-amsterdam.nl. Here you can shop the entire collection online.

2) How do I contact POM?
You can contact POM by email at info@pom-amsterdam.nl. We try to answer all emails within one working day. Or you can call our customer service during office hours on (+31) 203418822.

3) How can I return a POM item?

You can return your items within 30 days to the warehouse for a refund. We only accept undamaged, unused, unworn and unwashed products (you can of course try the product on). Please note that all labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging.

Costs of your return

  • EU: € 4,95
  • Members* from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: free
  • Other countries: return with a courier of your choice. The costs for returning the package are at your own expense. The package can be sent to the following address:

    Always save the Track & Trace code, as POM unfortunately cannot take responsibility for lost packages. You will receive a notification as soon as your return has been processed. This often takes 14 working days (due to heavy traffic) after you have sent your return to us. 

    * You automatically become a member after you have created an account.

    4) I have returned an item to POM, when will I get my money back?
    We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return. Always keep the track & trace code of your shipment.

    5) How can I exchange a POM item?
    If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return the item via the return process (see question 3) and order a new item via our website.

    6) I have purchased a POM item at a store, can I exchange it online at POM?
    Unfortunately, this is not possible. Exchange is only possible at the store where you purchased the POM item.

    7) If I want to shop a POM item online: how do I know how an item will fit?
    We try to give as clear a picture as possible of the item in question with photos and descriptions. And there is a size chart for each product. However, if you still have questions, you can always contact our Customer Service.

    8) How can I best maintain my POM item?
    On the maintenance label that is attached to your POM item you can see how to best maintain your POM item. For a detailed description see Quality Care.

    9) I have received a POM item as a gift but would like to exchange it. Is that possible?
    If the item is bought at the POM webshop, it can be exchanged with us. You then send the item back to us via our return process (see question 3). You will receive a gift voucher worth the purchase amount from us, so that you can purchase something else on our website.
    If the item has been purchased at a store, the terms and conditions of the relevant store apply.

    10) How can I wear my POM scarf?
    You can wear our scarves in many ways, for inspiration see our How to wear movie pagina.

    11) I have a complaint, who should I contact?
    We're sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our products and/or service. Please contact our customer service and we will try to help you.

    12) Can I have my POM order wrapped as a gift?
    All POM items are gift-wrapped.
