Not fully satisfied? You can return your items within 14 days to the warehouse for a refund. We only accept undamaged, unused, unworn and unwashed products (you can of course try the product on). Please note that all labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging.
In case you have met these requirements, please follow these steps:
- Register your return at our return portal. We cannot proces returns that are not registered. Your order number starts with "EN" followed by 4 numbers. If your order number starts with NL click here. If your order number starts with DE click here.
- Parcel up the goods you're returning in the box we sent you originally. Please include the Packing Slip as well!
- Put the unworn items and the packing slip with all labels attached in the original packaging and seal it. Choose how you want to return the package in the return portal. We offer several options for returning your package:
- UK: within the UK you can return the package for free with the return label you can find inside the box. No other label needs to be attached to the box, only the return label. You can hand in the item in the original packaging with the return label at a DHL service point in your area.
- The Netherlands: within the Netherlands you can return the package for free with the original shipping label. No other label needs to be attached to the box. You can hand in the package in the original packaging with the original shipping label at a DHL service point in your area.
- Germany: if you are sending the package from Germany, you can return the package for free with the return label in the box. You can deliver the package at a DHL service point.
- Other countries: Return with a courier of your choice. The costs for returning the package are for at your expense. The package can be sent to the following address:

Always keep the Track & Trace code. Unfortunately POM cannot take responsibility for lost packages. You will receive a notification as soon as your return has been processed. This often takes 7 working days (due to heavy traffic) after you have sent your return to us. So please do not contact us before then: please be patient :)
